Delivery in Ukraine:
- Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta to a branch or address.
The client pays the delivery cost upon receipt according to the carrier’s tariffs. - Urgent delivery by taxi courier service in Kyiv is possible (according to the carrier’s tariffs).
- Delivery time for orders is up to 3 business days. For sizes marked “made to order”, delivery time is up to 10 business days.
International delivery:
- Deliveries are made by the following services: “Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, and DHL.
- The shipping cost is paid by the buyer when placing an order according to the carrier’s tariffs.
Payment:
For Ukraine:

- Payment upon receipt of the goods at the Nova Poshta branch with an advance payment of UAH 300.
- Online payment on the website using the Wayforpay payment system (Visa, Mastercard).
- Payment by bank details (details are provided after order confirmation).
Exchange and return
- You can exchange/return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. For discounted goods – 5 days.
- Return/exchange of goods is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
- The buyer shall bear all costs of exchange/return of goods of good quality related to delivery.

Important!
Exchange and return of goods is possible if they have not been used, have no signs of wear, no perfume odors, and are in their original condition, with labels and seals. If the clothes have not been washed!
Refunds
Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we issue a refund within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the goods.
